We have partnered with a large CPA firm in Wilmington, NC to provide them with a Tax Manager.

Prioritized Must Have Skills for the Tax Manager

. Must have CPA or willing to attain it. . 5 to 8 years experience in Public Accounting . Must have QuickBooks exp. . Must have experience with high net-worth individual and multi-state tax returns. . No more than 3 jobs in the last 10 yrs. BS/BA in Accounting (Masters in Accounting/Tax preferred) Experience preparing individual and closely held businesses and pass-thru (S Corp and Partnership) tax returns Excellent project management, analytical, interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and budgets Proficient accounting, analytical, and research skills along with a desire to continue to grow professionally Ability to communicate pertinent information to partners, managers and clients Willingness to work with a team and complete administrative tasks when required Reliable transportation and ability to work in-person in the Raleigh or Reliable transportation and ability to work in-person in the Raleigh or

Charlotte office multiple days during the week Preferred Qualifications

CPA License Experience with QuickBooks Experience with high net-worth individual and multi-state tax returns Experience preparing exempt organization tax returns

Experience managing a small team of employees Other Key Requirements

100% in office No sponsorships or visa holders. No Corp-to-Corp.
