Job description

2. Eliminate equipmentbuilding interferences within the Wanrun LFP facility arrangement by reconciling ventilation-duct elevations, equipment-support steelwork, lightweight partitions, and hydrant positions with installation envelopes and maintenance passages. Develop dimensioned coordination drawings in AutoCAD and corresponding building-interface representations in Revit; where compatible models and Navisworks Manage are available, examine interferences through coordinated model reviews. Establish whether each reported conflict reflects incompatible geometry, inconsistent elevations, or incomplete representation before recommending relocation. Confirm revised arrangements against field dimensions and equipment-engineering requirements, and document responsibility for sealing equipment openings so resolution of a spatial conflict does not leave an unresolved construction interface. 3. Rationalize the Wanrun LFP workshop floor-zoning approach by distinguishing equipment-bearing areas from adjoining spaces whose operational requirements do not justify equivalent slab construction. Develop zone-specific alternatives from confirmed equipment locations and loading information, using Microsoft Excel to compare concrete quantities and construction costs under explicit area and thickness assumptions. Submit proposed thickness reductions for structural verification rather than inferring adequacy from the absence of equipment alone. Evaluate each alternative together with finishing requirements, equipment operation, and cleaning access, preserving traceability between the operational requirement, the proposed floor provision, and the basis of any projected saving. 4. Interrogate concrete-floor assessment data in accordance with the concrete testing procedure, preserving the correlation among test location, surface preparation, instrument reading and inferred strength. Conduct non-destructive concrete strength testing to provide basis for design. 5. & Translate the Wanrun LFP wet-process corrosion-protection schedules into inspectable assembly requirements, differentiating SW901 vinyl-ester resin systems for floors, containment surfaces, drainage channels, penetrations, and steelwork from the specified Type 411 resin provision for alkaline tank areas. Reconcile substrate preparation, primer coats, repair compounds, glass-fiber reinforcement, mortar, and sealing layers with each locations prescribed construction. Preserve distinctions between the two-fabric/three-resin-layer arrangement and the five-fabric/six-resin-layer arrangement specified for particular containment walls, rather than generalizing one build-up across all surfaces. Evaluate material substitutions and incomplete layers against the applicable schedule, separating installation conformity from any independently substantiated claim of chemical resistance or service life. 6. Delineate the fire-separation constraints governing the Wanrun LFP production-and-storage arrangement by examining the interaction among manufacturing use, combustible materials, warehouse occupancy, structural construction, and proposed compartment boundaries. Assess how sprinkler provisions, allowable building area, fire-resistance requirements, and accessible evacuation routes condition equipment placement and connections between production and storage spaces. Prepare Microsoft Word technical assessments that identify the applicable project requirements, supporting information, and unresolved classification assumptions. Refer ambiguous separation provisions and inconsistencies in internal reference tables for specialist determination before translating them into layout restrictions or accepting them as an approved basis for installation. 7. & Compare the structural and operational interfaces of Wanrun automated high-bay warehouse configurations, distinguishing arrangements in which racks support roof framing and wall enclosures from arrangements in which racks remain independent of the building. Examine how that distinction affects integration with finished-product storage, proposed material-handling equipment, civil facilities, and retrofit conditions. Define the documented interfaces among racks, inbound and outbound handling, and control and management equipment without presuming undisclosed control logic or automated integration. Produce configuration assessments that expose dependencies requiring structural or equipment verification and evaluate suitability against the intended facility context rather than treating automation or rack height as sufficient evidence of operational advantage. 8. Reconstruct installation dependencies from the Wanrun LFP project implementation lessons, converting documented rework mechanisms into verifiable construction-readiness criteria. Use Microsoft Project to sequence foundation interfaces, pipeline installation before ceiling closure, long-cycle work areas, and access-road completion before equipment mobilization; examine how slippage in enabling work propagates into delayed installation or repeated construction. Incorporate rainfall and low-temperature constraints into proposed contingency sequences, and track outstanding floor-finishing and opening-closure work against operational readiness. Present Microsoft PowerPoint reviews linking each dependency to its physical prerequisite, observed status, and corrective action, closing items only when inspection evidence demonstrates that the prerequisite has been satisfied.

Requirements

1.Bachelors degree in Engineering field with 5 years of experience 2.Willingness and ability to travel internationally, frequently and extensively, to participate in company training programs. 3.Requires proficiency in Autodesk AutoCAD, Revit, and Navisworks; Microsoft Excel, Project, Word, and PowerPoint; and Adobe Photoshop for civil/structural coordination, construction scheduling, quantity and cost analysis, and technical documentation. Requires experience applying company-specific construction standards to LFP/LMFP facilities.
