Medical, Dental, Vision, Paid Time Off, 401K eligibility Position Overview We are seeking a motivated Associate Sales Representative to support our Aircraft Parts Department. This entry-level role focuses on sales development, customer support, and clerical responsibilities within the commercial aviation industry. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn the technical and business aspects of commercial aircraft parts sales. Key Responsibilities Promote products and services to customers in the commercial aviation industry Develop and research customer demands by maintaining strong client relationships Support supervisor to achieve monthly sales and profit targets Handle clerical sales tasks including procurement, delivery control, expediting, and related paperwork Develop knowledge of commercial aircraft parts, market trends, and technical specifications Check and manage customer credit status and apply for annual renewals Prepare reports and updates (sales orders, exchange logs, RFQ history) Prioritize daily tasks based on urgency and complete assignments within work hours Analyze customer activity and recommend improved approaches for key accounts Attend company events, trainings, and team gatherings as required Perform other duties as assigned, including after-hours responsibilities when necessary Qualifications 0 2 years of related knowledge or experience (sales, account support, or aviation industry preferred) Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written); Japanese bilingual ability preferred Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Strong organizational and planning skills; able to prioritize effectively Ability to apply reasoning skills to problem-solving and customer requests Ability to calculate figures such as discounts, interest, and commissions Team player with a proactive attitude and desire to grow professionally Ability to lift up to 20 pounds and handle occasional travel requirements Core Competencies Ability to take initiative and follow through on tasks Strong planning, communication, and relationship-building skills Willingness to pursue innovative improvements and adapt to change Commitment to compliance, ethical standards, and workplace integrity How to Apply Please email your resume to .
