Safety Director

We're looking for a seasoned Safety Director to lead our company-wide health, safety, and environmental (HSE) programs and foster a proactive, people-first safety culture across all construction sites and operations.

What You'll Do

Develop, implement, and manage HSE programs company-wide Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure regulatory compliance (OSHA, MIOSHA, etc.) Lead engaging safety training and education for field and office teams Partner with leadership to reduce risk and improve workplace safety performance Respond to incidents and regulatory inquiries with professionalism and precision Oversee workers' compensation data and drive continuous improvement

What We're Looking For

5-10 years of safety management experience (general contracting preferred) Strong knowledge of OSHA standards and construction safety protocols Degree in Occupational Health & Safety or related field or equivalent hands-on experience A confident leader who communicates clearly and collaborates across teams Willingness to travel regularly to job sites Company Description As a family business, KIRCO takes great pride in our award-winning heritage, extending back four decades.
