Hiring Immediately Roofing & Construction Sales Representative Rhodes Roofing & Construction is hiring motivated sales representatives to help homeowners with roofing and construction projects throughout Central Texas. This is an in-person field sales role with door-to-door prospecting, networking, and customer follow-up. Roofing experience is welcome, but we can train the right person.
Sell a broad range of services
roofing, gutters, fencing, siding, windows, remodeling, and additions. We are a BBB Accredited Business and an IKO ROOFPRO Select member. What you will do Generate sales opportunities through canvassing, referrals, networking, and consistent follow-up. Meet homeowners, understand their project needs, and schedule inspections and estimates. Explain project options and the construction process clearly. Build and maintain your sales pipeline and keep accurate customer notes. Coordinate with our team and keep customers informed as their projects move forward. Represent Rhodes Roofing & Construction professionally. What we are looking for Strong communication, reliability, and follow-through. Comfort starting conversations with homeowners and generating your own opportunities. Reliable transportation for travel within the service area. Sales experience is helpful; roofing or construction experience is a plus. Willingness to learn, work independently, and stay organized. Compensation and support Commission-only and base-pay-plus-commission plans are available. The specific plan is discussed during the interview and agreed before starting. The advertised $85,000 $150,000 annual range represents potential total earnings based on sales performance, not a guaranteed salary. Actual earnings vary. Uncapped commission potential. Hands-on sales training, ongoing support, and company sales tools. Flexible scheduling and opportunities to grow with the company. Location Field work in Georgetown, Liberty Hill, Leander, Cedar Park, and nearby Central Texas communities. Our business is based in Liberty Hill, with a service area of approximately 50 miles.
