What You'll Do Diagnose and repair residential plumbing systems Perform water heater repairs and replacements Sewer and drain cleaning Leak detection and repair Water filtration and softener installations Camera inspections Present repair and replacement options to homeowners Maintain a clean, organized service vehicle Document work with photos and detailed notes Deliver a 5-star customer experience on every call What We're Looking For Minimum 3 years residential plumbing experience Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills Valid Arizona driver's license with clean driving record Ability to communicate professionally with homeowners Self-motivated and dependable Positive attitude and team-first mindset Housecall Pro, or similar software experience is a plus

Compensation & Benefits Competitive Commission Plus hourly pay
