Remote Client Support Representative

What You'll Do In this role, you'll work directly with individuals and families through virtual appointments, helping them better understand their available benefits and coverage options. Your success will come from building trust, providing clear information, and delivering a positive client experience. Meet virtually with individuals who have requested information about their benefits Build strong client relationships through professional communication and excellent service Explain available coverage options and answer questions clearly and confidently Help clients make informed decisions based on their unique needs and circumstances Follow established processes and systems to ensure a consistent client experience Work closely with leadership and team members to support growth and development Maintain accurate records and documentation throughout the client process This position offers the flexibility of working remotely while providing the structure, training, and support needed to help you succeed.
