Real Estate Managing Broker

DESCRIPTION

Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Stouffer Realty is currently hiring regional sales leaders across Northeast Ohio. We are primarily seeking current broker/owners or managing brokers of independent real estate brokerages. However, we also encourage experienced sales managers, team leaders, and office managers who is ready to step into a larger regional leadership role to apply. RESPONSIBILITIES

Qualifications for this roles include

An active Ohio real estate license (broker license strongly preferred). Experience running a brokerage, office, or producing team, with a proven track record in recruiting, coaching, retention, and P&L management.

COMPENSATION

Base pay of $70,000 - $120,000 based on experience, plus performance bonus tied to net agent count, retention, and market share. If you are merging a brokerage, deal structure is a separate conversation from the compensation above.
