Project Designer ()

Will work on developing a landscape design project through all phases of design and documentation, including conducting initial site visits and research to construction documentation and administration; will develop site analysis studies and design concepts using software tools like GIS, AutoCAD and the Adobe Graphics Suite.; will help translate research findings into cohesive design solutions through diagrams, 3D models, visualizations, and presentations. I am also responsible for preparing detailed construction documents including grading plans, planting plans and site furnishings; will be required to be aware of various jurisdictional codes related to landscape architecture and apply them while developing projects; will be tasked with developing workflows that improve overall efficiency as the lead on production on numerous projects; will work on creating presentations, infographics and marketing materials that act as tools to gather valuable community feedback; will assist with ensuring that feedback received is incorporated into the project to ensure intergenerational investment in projects like public parks, infrastructure and institutions; will assist with delegation of deliverables within the team and provide direction on production to junior team members; will co-lead recruitment interviews for internship positions in the firm and am responsible for mentoring interns that are hired; will share the responsibilities of coordinating project schedules, deliverables and budgets with senior team members; will co-lead client presentations and interdisciplinary design meetings; will be responsible for identifying opportunities and conflicts to ensure minimum delays during construction phases through close coordination with other consultants on a project; will help deliver resilient, impactful landscape solutions across a wide range of projects through a combination of research, design skills, technical documentation, and coordination.
