On-Call Event Florist & Creative Designer - Event Coordinator Pay

Whether you're a seasoned floral designer or a talented hobbyist who loves crafting arrangements in your free time, we'd love to have you on our creative event team! We are looking for flexible, detail-oriented On-Call Event Florists to join us for upcoming events, orders, and creative gigs. Based out of the Woodinville, Washington State 98072 location.

What You'll Be Doing (A Day in the Life) Bring Designs to Life

Process, trim, and care for fresh-cut flowers to keep them thriving and beautiful.

Craft & Design

Help build breathtaking floral arrangements, bouquets, centerpieces, and decor tailored for custom client orders and events.

Event Setups & Merchandising

Unbox products, organize displays, set up event spaces, and make sure everything looks picture-perfect. Work with vendors and event companies.

Warehouse & Logistics

Maintain a safe, clean, and organized workspace (sweeping, prepping water buckets, and keeping tools ready). Coordinate delivery and pick-up.

Client & Customer Magic

Assist clients with charm and professionalism helping with selections, answering calls, and ensuring a memorable experience.

Plus

Interested in earning extra? Event Coordinators on our team can earn an additional 10% commission on sales! Remote work.

What We're Looking For Availability

Have hours per week of free time available for on-call shifts (scheduled in advance based on event needs and your availability!).

Floral Experience

Prior floral design experience is great, but passionate hobbyists are welcome just show us photos of your work!

Requirements

Must be 18+ years old. Reliable phone, email, and dependable personal transportation. Willingness to be a keyholder for after-hours access to our 24/7 warehouse space and comply with property policies.

Comfort with physical tasks

standing, bending, and lifting/moving up to 40 lbs (boxes, buckets, and displays).

For Commission Earners/Coordinators

Reliable internet access and a working laptop/computer. Prompt responses, full adherence to best practices / policies and complete communication. Remote work eligibility.
