We are in search of a seasoned CFO to establish and oversee our financial operations, including the initiation of the Technology from Beyond Tomorrow Today (TBTT) ETF. This ETF will focus on investing in green, sustainable, resilient, and self-sufficient assets, utilizing AI and the companys patent portfolio.

Responsibilities

- Supervise financial strategy, fee collection (product sales, patents, consulting), and spin-off financing. - Develop and launch TBTT ETF, ensuring compliance with SEC regulations and alignment with the companys ethos. - Manage an AI-driven portfolio (ETFs, stocks, commodities, bonds, MobileTimesToday shares). - Negotiate with trading platforms, APs, and financial institutions. - Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards (Investment Company Act of 1940, FINRA).

Qualifications

Education

MBA or equivalent in Finance; CFA, CPA, or CFP certification preferred. -

Experience

15+ years in financial management, including ETF creation and regulatory filings. -

Skills

Proficiency in AI integration, green investing, and capital markets; strong connections with banks, APs, and platforms (e.g., Schwab, Interactive Brokers). -

Legal

Familiarity with SEC, FINRA, and state securities laws; experience with trust structures. -

Connectedness

Established relationships with institutional investors and trading desks.
