Bookkeeper

Assist with managing entertainment andmusic clients' accounts Processing accounts payables and receivables. Communcation with vendors and client representatives. Managing and processing credit card statements, reconciliations, and payments. Process bank reconciliations on a monthly basis. Responsible for recording all accounting transactions, including journal entries. Assist with annual 1099s and corporate year-end closeouts. Process and record the client's payroll Other tasks as assigned.

REQUIREMENT

Minimum of 6 months experience in business management is a must

Knowledge of accounting software, AgilLink is a must Location
