Acquisitions Manager

ROARK ACQUISITIONS is expanding and hiring Acquisitions Managers to join our sales team in Miami.

Office location

In person, right down the street from FORMA, on the corner of 22nd Street and Biscayne Boulevard in Miami.

What the role involves

- Speaking with warm leads consisting of property owners who are considering selling their houses, often due to challenging personal or financial circumstances. - Understanding their situations, identifying solutions, and negotiating purchase agreements at discounted prices. - Securing signed purchase contracts, which are then handed over to our experienced in-house Dispositions Team to find buyers and complete the transactions.

What we are looking for

- Strong communication and negotiation skills. - Confidence in sales and the ability to build trust with people. - A motivated, competitive, and results-driven mindset. - Someone comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. - Ability to work in person at our Miami office. Real estate experience is a plus, but strong sales skills and the right attitude are what matter most.

Compensation

W-2 employment. $15 per hour paid as a draw against commissions, with 15% commission. The hourly draw is not additional to commissions.
